Over the Next Hill

Barbara Feinberg

Shredded fabric, machine quilted. When I am driving and approach a hill that has tall trees on each side of the road I always expect to see Lake Michigan – even if I am in Deerfield, Champaign or Missouri. This quilt was created in Lenore Crawford’s Shredd Fabric Art Quilt Workshop.

Conservative Contemporary

Fantasy Cone Flowers

Linda Feinberg

Reverse appliqué by hand, hand quilted. Started in Teri Tope’s Reverse Appliqué class in February 2015 through IQI. This was a great project to carry around to work on as time permitted.

My Imaginary Flower

Linda Feinberg

Two fabric reverse hand appliqué, hand quilted & embellished. I like combining techniques and thought that this appliqué pattern that I started in an IQI workshop that Nancy Lee Chong taught was a perfect start to explore an embellishing technique.
