Teatime with Ewe was created using resists. Notice the spiral openings with wool nepps inside, like a shepherds pathway. A gorgeous long lock on the removeable stopper. (Felted with resists to create open fins. Removeable felted stopper. Added lock of sheep at top.)

Lake Superior

Travelling around Lake Michigan, I came to Lake Superior. A very different great lake, wild and stormy. My felted interpretation. (Felted merino and silk fiber, machine stitched. Hand embroidered, fossil inlay.)
