Hand-dyed fabric, fused and raw-edge applique, needle-felting, machine stitching. Wetlands protect water quality, provide fish and wildlife habitats, store floodwaters and maintain surface water flow during dry periods. They contain a very high number of plant and animal species compared to other land forms. It is imperative that we protect these areas through regualtions and restrictions on wetlands activities.
