This silk scarf was designed with Gutta Resist in a random flower pattern that I created. I used French silk dyes as my painting medium and painted four times to get the desired color. Silk painting with dyes is a very intriguing process. This silk scarf was “finished” many times but I kept pushing the envelope until I was completely satisfied.
