Picture 2 of 2. This piece was made in Mary Uthuppuru’s “Field Box” workshop. The shells contained in this box have been collected from Florida, Mexico and East Africa. Some of them I have had since childhood. It felt right to give each one a special place. The top
drawer lifts up to reveal a trap door. When you press on the right side, it flips up to reveal more treasures in the drawer below.
