Kristine K. Woods

NSNG Iron-on pieces, machine appliques; strips assembled using a Spanish hemstitch. Several years ago I started a Chicago skyline quilt as a window covering, but it never came together. So since I wanted to use the Spanish henstitch foot and depict the changing colors and moods of Lake Michigan, I reconfigured a Row by Row pattern from The Quilters’ Trunk quilt shop.
