| In my new series, I wanted to mix art quilting with weaving and be able to see through the layers of the finished piece. Nature’s Colors is reminiscent of two different places at the Chicago Botanic Gardens, the lily ponds near the entrance and the huge weeping willow tree hanging over the water near a boardwalk further into the Gardens.
