Go the Distance: The 2012 Good Mourning Bereavement Camp Quilt

Machine quilted and embroidered, ribbon embellishment. “Go the Distance”, the 25th annual Good Mourning Bereavement Camp helps families deal with the loss of a parent, grandparent or child. Families who attend the camp created these quilt squares during the two-day overnight camp. Each represents a life (or Lives) integral to one or several children in a family. Jane Moore, a Good Mourning volunteer and grief group facilitator, puts the quilt together with love each year.
