Machine pieced and machine quilted. This quilt was made using a Bali Pop (2 1/2″ strips) from Hoffman Fabrics for the skinny side logs and a cream color fabric for the fat logs. The 2 1/2″ strips were cut in half to get the 1 1/4″ logs which finish 3/4″. The beauty of this pattern is the appearance of curves but it’s made of all squares and rectangles. The look is achieved by having one side wider logs and the other side skinnier logs.
