Commercial fabrics raw edge appliqué, couching yarns, metallic threads; and miscellaneous objects. This piece was the epitome of “when life hands you scraps, make a quilt.” Even the frog button I used is a bit less than perfect, but then do we always get “perfect” scraps from life? Yet, you can see that each bit and piece ends up in the end looking like a rainbow of sorts…….and isn’t that what really matters in the end!
