During this past pandemic year, Fat Quarter Shop in Buda, Texas, has been my
online quilting resource. Kimberly Jolly and eighteen designers from Moda Fabrics
hosted a quilt along called “Sewcialites”. It was a free program from September 25,
2020 through July 2, 2021, Every Friday, Kimberly did a demonstration of that
week’s block on a Facebook/You-Tube Livestream. Each designer did two blocks
and you had a choice of 3-inch, 6-inch or 9-inch blocks. I chose the 3-inch block for
the challenge. “Cajun Shrimp” is Kimberly’s nail polish color.
