Titled, “Blue Love” this whole cloth style quilt received inspiration from a vintage table covering. Embroidery and hand applique techniques applied to create the quilt top. Quilt finished using free motion stitching, hand quilting, and straight stitch machine quilting. Images of a peaceful field, birds nestled among blue and red flowers, are scattered across this landscape. What is the feeling associated with the color blue?
