Machine pieced and quilted with LED lights and battery. Easy to make with holes for lights added to the design.  

Fused applique and machine quilted, embellished with yarn and buttons. From a class and developed with added elements to individualize the finished piece. Mounted and framed.  

Wool applique with beading and hand embroidery. This was done in an NSNG class. The background is faux leather. The elements were appliqued then beaded. Design Source – Catherine Redford Design

Fused applique with yarn & button & lace embellishments. Machine quilted. From a technique class and developed with many added elements – old doilies, buttons, yarn.     

Confetti pieces placed and fused then over stitched in stages. Lots of little pieces create an impression of the scene.

Paper pieced, quilted with 3D ears and bead noses. Pattern was from 1996 and the paper piecing technique was reversed from current versions.  

Fabric panel cut vertically and inserts added. Just wanted to experiment with this technique. Found the panel and fabric to enhance the image.    

Stitching, free cutting, more stitching. The background came from an NSNG class. The sun elements were inspired by the circular pattern. Design Source – Original.
