I began this quilt on a Quilt Seminars at Sea cruise to Alaska. It became a wedding celebration quilt for friends in Washington, DC. Its colors reflect the gold and green of Kansas wheat fields and the purple of Kansas State University. I previously lived in Kansas, and the bride and I attended and spoke at many professional seminars at KSU.
