This personal piece is full of love & memories. Papers and letters found in long-ago-packed boxes were cut, dyed, and used as embellishments in the mid-century wallpaper. Vintage Thai and Indian silk fabrics, deconstructed from blouses made for my mother Ruth, were used to create the images of her purses and other appliques in the piece.
