IQI and NSNG Artists who wish to participate ONLY in the Fashion Show (not the Exhibition nor with a space/table in the Boutique) only need to complete the Fashion Show Application. Fashion Show applicants from IQI and NSNG who wish to have a space/table in the Boutique must ALSO submit an online Boutique application by September 2, 2026. IQI and NSNG members who are participating only in the Fashion Show may be required to volunteer in the Boutique in some capacity. All Fashion Show applicants from WGNS must ALSO submit a 2026 Intent to Participate form by August 31, 2026. All forms are available on the Fine Art of Fiber member forms site. Here are the submission options: 1. Standard Participation: Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces for the 11:00 AM show. These garments will also be included in the 12:30 PM show and will be available for sale immediately following the second show. 2. Optional Replacement Submission: If you wish to showcase a broader range of work, you may submit up to three (3) additional replacement garments for the 12:30 PM show. Garments from the 11:00 AM show will be available for sale in the boutique immediately after the show. Replacement garments for the 12:30 PM show will be available for sale immediately after that show. Depending on the overall number of submissions, the number of items accepted for each artist may be limited. However, each artist will be allowed a minimum of one entry. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many pieces as possible. ALL pieces submitted must be available for sale. Artists are responsible for modeling themselves or providing models for each of their submitted pieces. Please indicate the one option you wish to submit for.(Required) Standard Participation – 1 to 3 pieces that will appear in both the 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM shows. They will be available for sale after the 12:30 PM show.
