Big Ruby

This is a portrait of Ruby, my friend Diane’s beloved pet rabbit. This quilt collage started as an enlarged photograph traced onto freezer paper. I then filled in the portrait with fused cotton fabric pieces before quilting it. The title is Big Ruby, because I also made a Little Ruby portrait. 🙂
