Hand appliqued, machine pieced and quilted. The inspiration for this quilt is my wonderful mom, Idele Lazar. She introduced me to sewing and Betty Boop. Each T-shirt and the two fabric panels represent a story about her. This was my first T-hirt quilt class taught by Marilyn Mitchel at Quilters’ Destination. Long arm quilted by sally Evanshank at Windy City Quilting.
