Paper pieced, hand and machine quilted. Jim Pilarski, IQI member, taught this class a few years ago during our Quilt-In. We first had to make our own paper foundation sections to paper piece this quilt. I hand quilted the inside of the compass and machine quilted the outside of the compass.
