Paper pieced, machine pieced and machine quilted. This quilt was for IQI’s 2012 challenge. The challenge was to use 2 black and white fabrics plus seven other fabrics. Well, seven means a rainbow to me, so those are the colors I chose. And, having recently attended a class with Deb Karasik, I decided to try making New York Beauty-type blocks. I used EQ6 to draft the blocks and the quilt layout.
