Machine pieced, hand & machine appliquéd, hand embroidered, machine quilted, embellished with buttons “Charming Homes” was the result of my 2006-2007 participation in a round robin project. I added all the houses and all the trees. I used Margaret Miller’s book “Blockbuster Quilts” as a guide in putting the blocks together. I offset the blocks and so formed a spiral which is the design focus of the quilt.
