Hand dyed (disperse dyes), machine quilted
With disperse dyes, you paint the dyes on to paper and transfer the dye to fabric with a heat press. This piece (which was layered with leaves) is one piece of fabric (with the exception of the 3-D leaves) and was a very welcome surprise to me when I pulled it out of the press.
