I’m a pushover for sentimental snowy scenes. My sister purchased this half yard of fabric for me at a Wisconsin Ben Franklin, now, too, a nostalgic memory. It started as a table runner before I realized that all that white would not be practical for serving food and I re-imagined it as a lap quilt or wall hanging. Amy Parker, machine quilter, saw immediately how to bring the scenes to life with her wavy quilting lines. The holly quilting design adds one of my favorite Christmas motifs.
