Machine pieced and quilted. This quilt was started the day my youngest daughter left for her semester abroad. She had picked out the pattern. She loves batik fabric. I wanted to keep busy working on a new project while she was gone. So, I went into my stash. This quilt includes about 45 different fabrics. I had 5 months to complete the top. I was able to give it to her when she returned from her adventure.
