There are limited risers available through the Gardens. Please list props (hanging racks, wall space, riser) that you will need OR are bringing. Large quilts will be placed on the turning table in the exhibition area.*The Silent Auction helps support the guild. Please consider donating an item to the auction. Please list any items you might donate.* Sales tags and Barcode labels will be provided. Barcodes are unique to your inventory, based on a spreadsheet in Excel format. A template for the spreadsheet will be provided to you. Vendors are required to complete their spreadsheets by October 1, 2024. Please check one.* I can complete and email my inventory in a Microsoft Excel format spreadsheet (or make arrangements to get this done.) I cannot complete and email the Excel spreadsheet or make my own arrangements to get this done. Vendors are required to volunteer in the Boutique/on the Turning Table before or during the show. Volunteer times will be assigned and will include at least one 3 3/4 hour shift, more if needed. Please indicate all the times you are available. Boutique chairs will use the information to plan a schedule that works with everyone’s needs. Note – the 11am – 2pm shift is shorter, so volunteers may be assigned two short shifts. If you have physical limitations, please advise any special accommodations you may need while volunteering. If you submitted a W-9 in 2022 or 2023 and the information has not changed, we do not need an updated one. W-9 forms are available online. W-9 forms can be brought to boutique chair at meetings or brought in at registration. Please read the Boutique Guidelines for updated requirements.This application does not guarantee that you will be accepted into the Boutique. The Boutique chairs reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who fails to meet the obligations listed in the Boutique Guidelines. Space is limited. You will be notified by mid-September if you have been accepted. Your boutique ID and inventory requirements will be included in the acceptance document. You may only use standardized FAOF price tags. Payment will be from receipts only.
