Kumihimo braiding using beads. Has sterling plated findings. Braided on Marie Dai. This was begun in a Adrienne Gaskell workshop.

Hand bezel set stone, kumihimo braided necklace. Braided on Marie Dai. I like to combine kumihimo with my own set stone for a more interesting unique piece.

Cloisonne enamel on fine silver, sterling setting hand made with kumihimo braided silk.

Machine piecing, hand quilting, rotary cutting, use of Little Twister Pinwheel tool. Pieced at a quilt retreat, this looks like an Around the World Quilt until using the Twister tool to make the pinwheels.

Fabric painting, needlelace, embroidery, felting. The fabric print was made from the leftover paints at the end of a class. I didn’t want to throw out the paints, but had nothing special in mind. I was pleased when it looked like sediment.
