Hand pieced, machine appliqued & quilted. This was my “learn to hand piece” project! (it is the mother quilt to this years’ IQI raffle quilt).

Hand needle turn appliqued; machine applique, embroidery & quilting; machine pieced. I learned to do hand needle turn applique with this quilt. It is an original design using my own photographs. This quilt is “September” in the 2013 International Quilt Association’s Calendar.

Machine & hand embroidery, machine quilted. This little quilt is almost an exact copy of my 84″ x 84″ quilt “Saffron Spring”. It has won many prizes including Best Miniature at Road to California.
